As a Team Lead Analysis & Support you measure and analyze the different processes and performance of the Sourcing & Procurement department in order to make recommendations for improvements at Global, divisional & local levels. You also support, coach and develop the Global Procurement Support team.


The Team Lead Analysis & Support reports to the Global Director Sourcing & Procurement and is part of the Global Sourcing & Procurement department.


You have excellent analytical skills and you know how to motivate and stimulate your team in order to reach the desired team results. You also have:

  • Academic degree, preferably Master's level from a relevant education such as Business Administration / Economics

  • 3 years relevant working experiences in a managerial role, preferably in an international environment

  • excellent command of the English language.

  • Proven track record in leadership, stakeholder & change management in a cross cultural international international;

  • Experience with functional and hierarchical management and coaching of employees in other countries.

  • Practical and executive experience with procurement in an industrial context is required, practical and NEVI 2 is an advantage.

  • Green Belt 6 Sigma certification

  • Advanced programming skills Excel is required;

  • Experience with process improvement and category strategy development is a plus.

  • Important competencies are: result-oriented, strong communicator, customer-oriented, flexible.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Europe & Africa (EAF) and Global S&P team in supplier data management, contract management and the P2P process;

  • Supporting the development of the S&P Roadmap, and providing associated reports;

  • Developing and contributing to specific S&P process improvements through projects/programs;

  • Acting as secretary of the Sourcing and Procurement Committee (SPC)

  • Developing and promoting the tools for the analysis function within S&P, such as spend analyses, maturity assessment, P2P dashboard, etc;

  • Providing solutions to support strategic decision-making
