HR Business Partner
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our directors (Functional Heads) to develop and implement organizational and people related strategy at Vopak Global HQ in Rotterdam.
The HR Business Partner is part of the HR team and will report to the HR Director Europe & Africa. In this role you will have the opportunity to partner with directors, managers and key stakeholders to help building people capability, and shaping and implementing effective people strategies and activities within the organization.

Minimum of BSc degree in Human Resources or related field
Ideally 3+ years of experience in a similar role in an international environment
Extensive knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR best practices
Knowledge of Portuguese labor law is an advantage
Experience with Workday is an advantage
Experience with driving change in organization and culture
Strong social and communication skills
Good command of Dutch & English - both, in oral and written; fluency in Portuguese is an advantage
Result driven, customer oriented, initiative, entrepreneurship and enjoys interacting with a variety of people

Tasks & responsibilities
Partnering with key stakeholders/line managers in all topics of people management
Providing professional advice and guidance to key stakeholders on people challenges
Monitoring the recruitment processes and maintaining active contact with the Corporate Recruiter to develop recruitment strategies
Ensuring adherence to established and new HR processes, guidelines and tools and evaluating those in close collaboration with HR team
Be the HR representative in the HQ works council;
Coaching and providing feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency
Supporting people practices such as restructures and succession planning
Bringing HR expertise and developing solutions to help the business area to deliver its strategy
Delivering excellent employee experience during the whole employee lifecycle
Managing Payroll for our Portuguese entity together with our external partner;
Upgrading and improving HR policies & HR operations for our Portuguese IT entity.
