We are looking for an energetic Corporate Recruiter who helps Vopak in driving our brand recognition forward by delivering value in the full recruitment cycle. The Corporate Recruiter is part of the HR team and will report to the Global Talent Manager. In this role you will have the opportunity to lead the recruitment processes for a variety of positions in our Global HQ in Rotterdam.

Next to that, you will also help improve our global talent acquisition by analyzing it from a helicopter view. Think about gathering and interpreting global data and presenting smart insights. The aim will always be to strengthen our EVP and engagement with our audiences.

  • Minimum of Bsc degree

  • Ideally 3+ years of Recruiting experience, corporate or agency side

  • Experience with Workday is an advantage.

  • Experience with Employer Branding topics is an advantage.

  • Strong social and communication skills

  • Good command of Dutch & English - both, in oral and written.

  • Result driven, customer oriented, initiative, entrepreneurship and enjoys interacting with a variety of people

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Responsible for the recruitment process: from intake to offer

  • Maintain active contact with and update HR business partners and Line Managers about the status of recruitment processes

  • Taking care of an excellent candidate experience in the recruitment process

  • Single point of contact for line managers for recruitment related questions

  • Take ownership in Employer Branding & Recruitment Data topics

  • Driver of Global Talent Acquisition improvements

  • Posting of vacancies 

  • Assisting in writing/reviewing job descriptions

  • Monitoring the consistency of job descriptions in line with the Vopak house style

  • Carry out telephone screenings with applicants

  • Sending out online assessments to candidates and advising line managers in this process

  • Linkedin searches
