Roll Out Consultant

Join us as a  Roll Out Consultant at Vopak! You will be part of an international organization that has the ambition to make a big step forward in service delivery and operational performance. In this role you will have a crucial position in the global implementation of new ways of working and related solutions to support the Order to Cash and Arrival to Departure  processes in Vopak, while maintaining operational standards. Your 4 main challenges

• You will participate in implementation teams in the Moves Industrial Roll Out.

• You will  help local teams with the implementation challenge to adopt the new system while maintaining operational global standards.

• You will quickly build a thorough understanding of both the processes at a terminal and the capabilities and limitations of the MyService suite.

• You will assist with detailed business process analysis and descriptions, system setup, application and integration issues as well as with knowledge transfer on application functionality and content.

What do we expect from you as a Roll Out Consultant?

• Minimum Bachelor level (HBO)

• Professional attitude and presence with ability to bring a message across and take a group of people along;

• Team player with an ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work in a dynamic environment;

• Self starter with ability to work independently;

• Willingness to travel and work abroad for periods of time

• Ability to adapt to different local situations around the world and work in multicultural teams;

• Knowledgeable of the tank storage terminal processes within the relevant domain;

• Knowledgeable with OVE and global standards as mentioned above;

• Minimum of two years experience in tank storage terminal processes; (actual execution in operations and/or Customer Service )

• A sharp analytical nature, a pragmatic mentality and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization;

• Excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally;

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications and project supporting applications;

• Ability to facilitate workshops and mobilize people;

• Fluency in English is a must, Portuguese or Spanish is a pre;

• Competencies:  helicopter view and organizational sensitivity , creativity in finding solutions for issues, stress resistant, flexible and pragmatic, culturally sensitive.

 
What does your day look like?
You will work in an international multidisciplinary environment. As a Roll Out Consultant you will be assigned to a division implementation team and support the local implementation team at the terminal. The  Roll Out team will combine understanding of the core Vopak processes with implementation governance and change management capabilities. To fulfill your role in supporting local implementations at terminals, you will have to spend time with local implementation teams on site. International travel with assignments abroad for several months will be required. 

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist with system set up and configuration for SAT and Production for designated terminals.

• Guide and support  local implementation teams and key users with Business scenario definitions and SAT scenarios.;

• Transfer application knowledge and implementation process understanding to local implementation teams.;

• Assist with Key user training if and when necessary. Give input to optimizing the implementation toolkit;

• Guide and support local implementation teams and key users with data collection, preparation and data conversion as well as data loads at designated terminals;

• Assist local implementation teams with project documentation, including business scenarios and procedures at designated terminals;

• Guide and support local ROCs and Key Users in their support role after Go Live including issue logging, governance and additional end-user training.
