Manager Commercial Digitalization

We are looking for a Manager Commercial Digitalization that drives identification, development, marketing and sales of digital products & services from a commercial point of view. In this function you will report to the Director Commercial Systems & Digitalization.
Bachelor or Masters degree
At least 3 years of experience with CX (customer experience), preferably in B2B environment
Passion and experience with development of digital CX solutions
Able to drive digitalization agenda as self-starter while capable to cooperate globally and multi-functionally
Competencies: Commercial and customer focused mindset, Results Orientation, Process Management skills, Supply Chain Management skills, Business Context awareness, Initiative & Entrepreneurship, Networking.

Tasks & responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of our markets and customer journey from a digitalization point of view, to drive Vopak agenda related to innovation & digitalization of various touch points with customers and other stakeholders in the supply chain.
Collaborate with customers and partners to identify digital data exchange opportunities that enable further supply chain optimization.
Develop and finetune Vopak partner data connectivity vision & strategy and drive translation into tangible development of sustainable multi-channel data exchange solutions (e.g. API's, chats, use of platforms).
Develop and maintain the digital products & services portfolio and align with key enablers (Vopak Operations and IT) for successful implementation and operations.
Develop compensation-schemes of digital services (e.g. on-boarding fee, subscription / take-or-pay fee).
Prepare promotion and training material, and coordinate the introduction and commercialization of digital products.
Drive capturing the benefits of digitalization from commercial offering of multi-channel data exchange and digital solutions & services (enhanced customer service experience, retention of customers and value based compensation of the digital solutions offered).
